Support for learners

We want you to get everything you can out of learning. We do our best to support learners to overcome barriers that can prevent them reaching their potential.

Please discuss any issues with your tutor when completing your Individual Learning Plan. If you can’t discuss something with your tutor, please contact our central office using the details below. We will try to work with you to provide the support you need.

We have equipment to support learners with dyslexia and literacy needs. The options include having a scribe if you can’t provide written answers.

No iPad? No problem! - If you would like to access one of our online courses but don’t have a suitable device or Wifi connection, then please get in touch with us, as we may be able to support you with this. We have a range of portable devices, mobile top-ups and portable WiFi connections that can be loaned out when needed.
