The Early Years and Childcare Team at Bridgend County Borough Council has embarked on an ambitious programme to improve access to Welsh-medium childcare across the Local Authority, backed by capital funding from the Welsh Government.
As part of this programme, a brand-new childcare facility has been created in Bettws, close to the Primary School, and this is due for completion and handover in the coming weeks.
Open Days
22 and 23 November 2022, between 9am and 4pm
The Childcare Team will be on-hand to showcase the facility to childcare providers interested in securing the tenancy and dedicated to offering high quality, Welsh-medium care and education to the local community and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Welsh-medium childcare developments in the county borough, working closely with passionate, expert colleagues from the local authority and our Welsh language partners to create a successful, highly valued local business.
We would encourage interested providers to act quickly to secure a slot where you will have the opportunity to:
- Tour the building and its outdoor learning spaces
- Find out about available incentives
- Ask any questions you have
