Council budget is agreed for 2018-19

Bridgend County Borough Council’s budget for 2018-19 has been approved along with its Corporate Plan and Medium Term Financial Strategy for the 2018-2022 period.

Council meetings available for webcasting

Bridgend County Borough residents with a keen eye on local issues will be able to watch webcasts of several public meetings being held this spring.

Latest school categorisations in Bridgend County Borough

The latest round of school categorisation information issued by Welsh Government has revealed that 38 out of 48 primary schools and seven out of nine secondary schools have been categorised as receiving either ‘green’ or ‘yellow’ support in Bridgend County Borough.

Flying the flag for equality

Bridgend County Borough Council has teamed up with local radio personality Lee Jukes to help raise awareness of LGBT History Month.
