Local Community Coordination
Local Community Coordination is an important part of Bridgend County Borough Council’s preventative approach to maintain independence and wellbeing.
This is a service to support people whose needs would not usually meet the eligibility criteria for care and support.
It aims to support people by promoting individual strength and resilience.
