Contact Adult Social Care

We work with adults to provide the right care, support or protection for them. Some of the services we provide include:

  • information and advice
  • protecting vulnerable adults from harm or neglect
  • supporting people who care for others

All new enquiries come through the Early Intervention and Prevention hub.

Please note: We do not take calls about child social care. For that, please see our children’s social care contact page.

A team member will ask more about the relevant circumstances.
They will give information and advice that may help, and they can arrange a social care needs assessment if needed.
