Recycling collections

Information about recycling bags and containers in Bridgend County Borough.
Please remember to place at the kerbside before 7.00am on your recycling collection day.
If you need additional recycling bags or containers, you can order these online - Order recycling containers
Some flats and high density housing estates do not have enough space for kerbside recycling collections. Residents in these properties recycle their waste at communal bins close to their homes - Recycling in flats and high density estates.
Collection updates
If you think your collection may have been missed, you can check for updates and advice online.
Seasonal materials such as barbecue, firepit, camping and patio gas, coals and ashes should not be placed out for kerbside recycling and refuse collections.
These items alongside vapes, cigarette lighters, cooking gas, spray paints, expanding foam, firelighters, lighter fuels and other compressed canisters are highly flammable and can cause fire.
These should be taken to your local recycling centre for safe disposal.
