Recycling and waste collections in Bridgend County Borough usually take place between 7am and 5pm.
If you think your collection may have been missed, please check below for updates and advice.
Please do not report a missed collection until after 5pm on your scheduled collection day or if listed below as missed. This is to give crews enough time to have completed collections in your area.

Due to the extreme heat forecasted for this week, residents with waste and recycling collections on Wednesday 24 June and Thursday 25 June are asked to put their waste and recycling out the night before their usual collection day.
To help protect waste and recycling crews and reduce the risk of missed collections, rounds will begin earlier than usual from approximately 4.30am on both days.
Report a missed collection
If your waste or recycling has been missed and is not listed above, you can report a missed collection online:
- Enter your postcode and select ‘Look up property’
- Select your address
- Select ‘Recycling collection’ or ‘Refuse sacks collection’
- Select ‘Report missed collection’
- Enter your name, phone number and email address.
- Select ‘Confirm Request’ to complete the request.
- Please leave your bags/containers out for collection.
