Annual Monitoring Report
On 13 March 2024, Bridgend County Borough Council adopted the Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) 2018-2033 for Bridgend County Borough.
As part of the statutory development plan process, the Council is required to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) and submit it to Welsh Government by the 31st October each year.
The Annual Monitoring Report helps assess the extent to which the LDP strategies and policies are being achieved in accordance with the Monitoring and Review Framework set out in Appendix 4 of the RLDP.
