Bridgend Register Office
Bridgend Register Office offers full ceremonies for up to 50 guests in our newly licensed Swit Pen-y-Bont ceremony room.
Since opening, we have conducted over 1200 ceremonies to couples of all ages from all over England and Wales.
- A state of the surround sound system that you can play your own music through to enhance your special day. Whether you choose to walk down the aisle to classical or rock music, it’s all your choice!
- Garden area for your photos that you can use before and after your ceremony.
- The ceremony suite is accessible for all with ramps to enable all your guests to participate fully in your special day.
- Onsite parking for one car and we’re easily accessible for trains, buses and there’s a number of car parks situated a short walk from the ceremony entrance.
We offer a range of ceremonies including Marriage, Civil partnerships, Naming ceremonies, Commitment ceremonies and Renewal of vows.
We also have the great honour of holding citizenship ceremonies with the High Sheriff of Mid Glamorgan, representatives of the Lord Lieutenant and the Mayor of Bridgend.
Open Day at Bridgend Register Office
Saturday 7 March 2026, 10am – 1pm
Staff will be on hand to show people around the state-of-the-art ceremony room and to answer any questions about the booking process or any upcoming ceremonies.
The Register Office is available for a range of ceremonies, such as weddings, civil partnerships, naming ceremonies, commitment ceremonies, and the renewal of wedding vows.
