The Western Bay Adoption Service is made up of three collaborating local authority adoption agencies, Bridgend County Borough, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.

By working collaboratively, the Western Bay service offers an enhanced adoption support service to potential adopters, adopters, adopted children and those adults who were adopted as children.

They aim to provide the very best services for adoption – their local, but centrally coordinated service, enables them to match children with adopters with as little delay as possible.

They know about all the children waiting for new families within the three county boroughs and aim to ensure that children are linked and matched with the families who can best meet their needs.

Western Bay Adoption offer support to not only adopters going through the process and after but also to adopted children and young people and people who’ve been affected by adoption.
