Statement: No plans to redevelop land at Felindre Road playing fields

Bridgend County Borough Council can confirm that there are no plans to sell off or build on any of the land at Felindre Road playing fields in Pencoed.

Despite speculation online, there are no current proposals to redevelop Pencoed Comprehensive School and as a matter of course any future plans would be subject to Cabinet approval and a statutory consultation.
