Halo Bridgend Life Centre gym benefits from £300,000 investment

Halo Bridgend Life Centre has benefited from a £300,000 investment for a substantial upgrade of equipment and extension of its fitness suite.
The fully refurbished gym facilities have been delivered thanks to funding from the council in partnership with Halo Leisure Ltd.
The cash injection has resulted in the following improvements:
- an additional eight hundred square feet of brand-new, dedicated training space
- installation of state-of-the-art equipment designed to support all fitness goals, from dynamic cardio to robust strength training
- a full aesthetic update featuring fresh new flooring and contemporary décor to create a modern, energising, and motivating workout environment.
The newly refurbished facility, which was completed in December 2025, also ties in with confirmation that the council’s partnership agreement with Halo Leisure to run its leisure facilities has been extended until 2032.
