Alternative plans in place due to essential work to the out of hours mainline service

These works have now been postponed.
The council’s out of hours phone line (01656 643643) will be temporarily unavailable on 17 March between 6pm and 7pm.
Due to the service provider carrying out essential maintenance to the line, the council have made sure alternative out of hours support is available.
The temporary out of hours numbers are:
- Social Services emergencies: 01656 642279
- Housing emergencies: 07870376486
Residents can also report highway emergencies and raise pest control enquiries via the My Account service.
