We have five industrial estates with 79 units across Bridgend County Borough. These range from 51 square metres (550 square feet) to 110 square metres (1,200 square feet).

The units suit a mix of business uses, with 10% intended for retail at some sites.

Industrial estate locations

We own three separate compounds of starter units at Heol Ty Gwyn, which include 20 starter units. These vary from 36 square metres (390 square feet) to 95 square metres (1,020 square feet).

New Cornerstones’ units are relatively new. All units have enclosed compound areas, roller shutter doors and toilets.

Also, each compound is close to the A465 Heads of the Valleys road network.

These 13 units are in the heart of the Garw Valley. They vary from 67 square metres (725 square feet) to 93 square metres (1,000 square feet).

Each unit has a roller shutter door, toilets, and are inside a secure compound.

This estate is on Ogmore’s outskirts and has 19 individual starter units in two secure compounds. They vary from 74 square metres (790 square feet) to 92 square metres (990 square feet).

Units in the estate’s first compound have a purpose built mezzanine floor, and a heated office/kitchenette. There is also a 10% provision for retail.

Every unit has a roller shutter door and toilet.

This site has superb links to the M4. The 18 units are in a secure compound and vary from 35 square metres (380 square feet) to 110 square metres (1,200 square feet). All units have roller shutter doors, an office area, and toilet.

This estate has nine individual units from 51 square metres (550 square feet) to 93 square metres (1,000 square feet). They were built recently, and suit a range of commercial uses.

The units are in a secure compound and all have roller shutter doors, allocated parking and toilets.
