Welsh Church Act Fund
The Welsh Church Act Fund (WCAF) is available to constituted community groups, charities, Churches, Chapels, and Places of Public Worship, operating in the County Borough areas of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr and Bridgend.
Organisations must provide activities that have long term direct benefit to residents and communities within these areas and must be open to members of the public at large.
Organisations that are either licensed to sell alcohol; have a club premises certificate; operate from a residential address or are a statutory body (including town and community councils) are unable to apply.
There are three levels of funding available:

The Fund was established with the proceeds and assets following the disestablishment of the Church of England within Wales and is administered by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.
