Peer Mentoring for Disabled People

This project was delivered under the Inclusive Communities theme of the SPF framework, with a core aim to support disabled people in building confidence, capability, and empowerment through meaningful volunteering opportunities.
The project also sought to equip community organisations with the knowledge and tools to create inclusive environments that maximise the mutual benefits of volunteering.
The project aimed to support 25 organisation and 25 individuals, fostering inclusive practices and promoting impactful engagement between individuals and community groups.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
