Flying Start Cookery

These workshops provided healthy eating cooking sessions with parents, carers and children.

The project aimed to encourage healthy habits, introduce new foods, use a hands on approach to dieting, cooking and healthy eating as well as encouraging parent and carer engagement with their child and the settings.

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
