Pride in Place Impact Fund - Large Capital Infrastructure Scheme
Schemes will range from £25,000 to £300,000 and be able to evidence deliverability before the end of March 2027.
Schemes will need to be fully developed, costed and endorsed by their local member, the wider community and align with the fund objectives.
No revenue funding is available via PiPIF, for example, no staffing, rental, bills, produce costs.
Expression of Interest
Expressions of Interest are now being invited from stakeholders for consideration, prior to the submission of business plans.
Expressions of interest will need to clearly demonstrate:
- Endorsement from the local member and community
- Alignment with the Council’s placemaking and regeneration priorities, UK Government’s Pride in Place Impact Fund and locally identified community priorities.
- Deliverability – this is not an ideas/feasibility fund
- Impact
- Value for money
- Evidence of added value/match funding will be beneficial
Closing date for Expression of Interest : Thursday 19 March 2026, 5pm
Invitation to submit business plans: Friday 27 March 2026
Closing date for business plans: Friday 17 April 2026
1st awards announced: Monday 11 May 2026 (subject to change)
