Strategic Equality Plan Objectives 2020 to 2024
Currently, we are developing the Strategic Equality Plan 2020 to 2024. We want your views on its proposed objectives, and we will present your comments to the Cabinet. In turn, they will consider all views when finalising the plan.
Creating the plan shows our commitment to meeting the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011. The equality objectives note how we will promote equal opportunities, and make a real difference to people living and working in Bridgend County Borough. Making a strategic plan ensures we have clear objectives and actions showing how we will deliver our equalities commitments. We will do this while remaining an inclusive, effective organisation representative of our community which doesn’t tolerate discrimination of any kind.
