We are surrounded by some of the most incredible coastline, valleys, lakes and mountains in the UK which allows us to offer action packed high adrenaline filled activities such as canyoning, coasteering, climbing, abseiling, kayaking, canoeing and mountain biking.

Activities
• Coasteering: Is the most exciting way to see the South Wales coastline. This activity is also know as sea level traversing and is quickly becoming the most popular adventurous activity to take part in. You will be swimming through caves climbing across cliffs and jumping into the ocean. Whilst at the same time being surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife.
• Rock Climbing and Abseiling: we offer instruction for all levels of ability, from taster sessions to coaching and skills. We use amazing locations in South Wales, from the Gower to the Brecon Beacons for our climbing venues. For anyone wanting to take their climbing to the next level our introduction to lead climbing sessions would be ideal.
• Gorge walking: Is one of the most versatile of activities, it combines a number of activities into one you will be swimming, sliding, jumping and climbing your way up one of the gorge walking venues we use, prepare yourself to get wet and have loads of fun.
• Canyoning: This is gorge walking bigger brother, you will cover a distance of 4 km, descending 200m down waterfalls and rapids, abseiling, swimming and Jumping, the highest being 30ft. A high adrenaline filled activity ideal for stag and hen parties and adult groups.
• Canoeing and Kayaking: Build your skills from a novice to expert with help from our instructional team. Taster sessions or skills and coaching are available, for those of you wanting to test your skills on white water, river trips are the natural progression.
• White Water Rafting: Our white water rafting activity is a great introduction to the sport, you will be guided down up to 10 km of grade 3 white water, where you will experience the thrill of surfing waves and running rapids.
