	Corporate Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee

	What is the Role of Corporate Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee?
	Review and/or scrutinise decisions made or actions taken in connection with the discharge of functions in relation to Corporate Best Value matters and the provision, planning, management and performance of legal, property, financial and information technology. The Committee may also review and scrutinise the performance of other public bodies in the County Borough and invite reports from them by requesting them to address the Overview and Scrutiny Committee and local people about their activities and performance. In undertaking its role the Committee will seek to gather evidence from a wide range of people including Members of the public.
