Supported Lodgings
Supported Lodgings
The scheme helps 16-20 year olds develop the skills needed to live independently as young adults.
Lodgings ‘placements’ provide accommodation in a safe and caring environment for young people who, for a variety of reasons, cannot live at home or cope independently.
Carers will work alongside social workers providing emotional support, helping the young person to learn practical tasks such as cooking, budgeting and shopping until they feel confident to cope on their own.
