Corporate Improvement Plan 2009-12
As outlined in the Report to Council on 7 October 2009 on "The Corporate Improvement Plan 2009-12", the Council is continuing with the approach adopted last year and has developed a composite Corporate Improvement Plan that is based on the Corporate Plan agreed by Council in August 2008.
The composite Corporate Improvement Plan 2009 -12 consists of:
- Corporate Plan 2008-11 (as adopted by Council in August 2008)
- Joint Risk Assessment agreed with Regulators on 29 September 2009
- Summary of the National Strategic Performance Indicators
- Summary of Efficiency Gains
This plan is prepared under section 6 of the Local Government Act 1999 and related guidance issued by the Welsh Assembly Government.
