Is it safe to pay over the Internet?
Yes, it’s safe to pay over the Internet. The information you send us is encrypted. This means that nobody can read it as it travels across the internet.
If you would like to check the secure status of our web server, where your details are held, click on the padlock symbol on the bottom right hand corner of our browser.
We store your credit card details securely, and access to them is restricted.
What happens once I give you my credit card details?
Once you’ve sent us your credit or debit card details, and the payment has been approved, your account will be debited within two working days.
How much Council Tax / Business Rates do I owe?

What if I have a dispute with my Car Park Excess Charge?
An appeal form must be completed and sent to the Transportation & Engineering Department. Appeal forms can be obtained from the Reception in the BCBC Civic Offices, Angel Street
