If you are between the ages of seven and 25 and interested in dance, Bridgend Youth Dance is the place for you! |

Young dancers have the opportunity to input their own ideas and to work alongside professional dance artists to devise material for future productions, acting as an important ‘stepping stone’ for those wishing to pursue a career in the dance industry. |

Bring contemporary dance and movement to young people. Ensure that dance is at the forefront, along with drama and music. Help young people to build on their choreographic and performance skills. Enhance the learning and career development of young people. Recognise links between dance and improved physical health. Build confidence and self esteem in young people. Encourage leadership, communication skills and team work. Raise awareness of dance as a career path to creative industries. | |
