Emergency bed We are looking for people who are willing to give children and young people, particularly those aged 10 and over, a safe place to stay for up to 72 hours. |
Respite care Respite foster carers offer anything from an overnight stay to a weekend visit. |
Short-term foster care This can be from one night, to a few months, or up to two years in duration. |

Short breaks Carers with the Family Link scheme look after a child with special needs for a short, regular time to give the parents and their siblings a break. This could range from a couple of hours a week or fortnight, to an overnight stay or whole weekend. |
Resolutions Resolutions carers offer planned placements for young people aged 10 to 17 years who present challenging behaviour. |
Supported lodgings The scheme helps 16-21 year olds develop the skills needed to live independently as young adults. |
