Operating between Caerau and Maesteg, the rail linc 904 service provides an excellent example of integrated transport and ticketing and is helping to encourage more people to use public transport to access work, education, retail and leisure opportunities.
The service, operated by Llynfi Coaches under contract to Bridgend County Borough Council, connects with each train to and from Cardiff at Maesteg railway station between 6.30am in the morning and 6.50pm in the evening. After this time it connects with trains at Bridgend and serves Caerau via each train station en route. A copy of the service timetable is available online.
