Bus Shelters and Street Furniture
There are approximately 500 bus shelters in Bridgend County Borough. The shelters are cleaned every week and there is call out service when emergency cleaning is required.
Plus, there are numerous items of street furniture - ranging from bollards to bandstands – which are also maintained by the Authority. These include 400 wayside seats, pedestrian barriers, fencing, flower basket posts, planters and artworks.
We regularly inspect bus shelters and street furniture to ensure they are clean and safe to use.
Reporting Faults
We welcome the reporting of any faults and operate a 24-hour customer care service.
