Sexuality
Bridgend County Borough Council is committed to eliminating homophobic prejudice and discrimination. The Council will ensure that in carrying out its duties lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people are given equal and unprejudiced treatment.
We wish to encourage the participation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the decisions that affect their lives, and we will work with others to make communities safer and enable lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people to live without prejudice or fear
Unlawful discrimination will be confronted, and prejudice tackled through learning and development
