Bridgend County Borough Council

Launched in 2003, the ‘It’s My Shout’ training scheme has given thousands of young people in the Bridgend county borough the chance to try their hand at a variety of jobs from acting to script writing, costume design to directing and even film making.

The scheme was developed by Bridgend County Borough Council in partnership with ITV, Cyfle and Skillset and is designed to provide hands on training for young people between 14 and 24 whilst working alongside the professionals.
