To find out how to go about inspecting the accounts of the local authority, log on to the Wales Audit Offices website.
This explains your rights to inspect the accounts of your local authority. It tells you how you can ask the auditor questions about the accounts and how you can challenge the accounts. These rights are set out in the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004.
