Telephone card payments: Applications made before 12 noon – if you require the certificate(s) to be posted the same day the priority service fee of £12.00 will apply. If you choose to pay the standard service fee of £9.00 the certificate(s) will be posted out within 48 hours. Applications made after 12 noon or non urgent applications the standard service fee of £9.00 will apply. | ||
