How do I find out if the Council owns a property or a piece of land?
So we can answer your enquiry promptly, it would be helpful if you could provide the building name or number and the street name. If your enquiry relates to a piece of land then the street name and any other information such as an adjoining property number etc. If you can send us a location plan/sketch with the written enquiry we will be able to assist with the search more quickly for you.

Is there a charge for the search?
There is no charge for general Bridgend County Borough ownership enquiries. However the Land Registry does charge a small fee for their searches.
