Health, Social Care and Well-being Strategy
Bridgend County Borough Council and Bridgend Local Health Board have worked closely with partners and in consultation with many groups and the public to produce the Health Social Care and Well-Being Strategy 2008-11 for the people and communities of Bridgend County Borough.
The main purpose of the strategy is to achieve the shared goal of improving people’s lives by improving their health, social care and well-being.
