Excess Charges

Anyone who infringes the regulations governing the council’s charged car parks will be liable to pay an excess charge of £90. Any excess charge notice issued must be paid by no later than 4.00 p.m. on the 14^th day following the day on which the excess charge was incurred.

(Note: the excess charge will be reduced to £45.00 if paid within 14 days of the excess charge issue date).

The excess charge can be paid to the Council by any of the following methods:

♦ By sending a cheque/postal order direct to these offices quoting the Excess Charge Number

♦ By Debit or Credit Card – Telephone 01656 643347/643348

♦ On-Line by visiting www.bridgend.gov.uk – On-line Payments

♦ Automated Telephone Payment – Telephone 01656 642088
