Information regarding Southern Cross
Residents may be aware of recent news reports regarding the future of private care home operator, Southern Cross.
Bridgend County Borough Council is currently awaiting further information on detailed proposals that are being developed for the four homes located locally within the area.
Southern Cross has reassured residents that their priority during the transition of any new arrangements will be to ensure a continuity of care.
The Deputy Minister for Children and Social Services, Gwenda Thomas AM, has also recently provided this statement to the Welsh Government.
