Seasonal letting of Cosy Corner, Porthcawl
An opportunity has arisen to let this prime tourist / leisure site on Porthcawl sea front. Currently used as a public amenity area, adjacent to the harbour, Cosy Corner is suitable for a variety of quality leisure uses to enhance Porthcawl over the 2009 summer season.
The site is available on a pilot basis for a 28 day period (not necessarily consecutive days) excluding 28, 29 and 30 August 2009.
Approximate size: 1 acre
Licence fee: bids to be submitted by informal tender
Deadline for submission of bids: midday 13th July
