Landlords urged to sign up for new scheme
Bridgend County Borough Council is encouraging more landlords to join a new scheme designed to improve their relationship with tenants.
The All Wales Landlords Accreditation Scheme is a joint venture between the 22 local authorities in Wales and is supported by the Welsh Assembly Government.
It provides professional training and a code of conduct for landlords and training sessions are being organised for early 2009.
