'Never Too Old' - the Strategy for Older People in Bridgend.
Jane Hutt A.M., the Minister for Health and Social Services, launched the Joint Strategy for Older People living in the County Borough of Bridgend in January 2003.
The Strategy was developed through close collaboration between service users and carers, with statutory and voluntary organisations. It provides a clear direction for the improvement of services for older people, in order to promote their health and well-being and to enable them to maintain their independence, potential and participation.
