To receive apologies for absence (to include reasons, where appropriate) from Members/Officers. | ||||

To receive declarations of interest (if any) from Members/Officers. | ||||

To consider any applications identified in the report of the Executive Director - Environment which either: | ||||

Do not accord with Development Plan policies but which it is proposed should nevertheless be granted (i.e. departure applications); or | ||||
(b) |
Accord with Development Plan policies but which it is proposed should be refused | ||||
In respect of which the Planning and Development Committee has made recommendations to the Council. | |||||
