7.

Relationship Manager’s Annual Letter And Regulatory Plan 2006/2007

 

To advise members of the outcome of the Wales Audit Office Relationship Manager’s Annual Letter incorporating the Appointed Auditor’s Audit Letter (RMAL) and the Regulatory Plan for 2006/2007.

Land to the Rear of Penprysg Road, Pencoed

 

To authorise terms for the disposal of land in Pencoed for use as a new primary healthcare Medical Centre.

   

9.

Contract for the Provision of Pest Control In Domestic Premises for the Period 2007 to 2009

 

To seek Cabinet approval for the award of a single tender from Rentokil Limited, being a contractor already engaged by the Council, to provide specified pest control services for a 24 month period commencing 1 April 2007.

Appointment of Alternate Proper Officers

 

The purpose of this report is to appoint Dr Gwen Lowe, Dr Christine Whiteside and Dr Judy Hart as Alternate Proper Officers.

Brodawel Plateau – Maesteg; Details of the final mitigation options

 

This report gives details of the final mitigation options in accordance with the recommendations made in a report to Cabinet on 16th January 2007

Community Focused Schools

 

To seek Cabinet agreement in principle to a draft policy and guidance document with regard to the Council’s position on the development of Community focused schools

Rural Economy Action Project – Cefn Cribwr

 

To obtain Cabinet approval for an award of a grant of £95,700 to the applicant organisation from the Rural Economy Action Programme (REAP).

Rural Economy Action Project - Blackmill

 

To obtain Cabinet approval for an award of a grant of £72,850 to the applicant organisation from the Rural Economy Action Programme (REAP).

   

15.

Communities First: Submission Of Proposals For The Inclusion Of Additional Areas

 

To seek approval from Cabinet to submit four areas to the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG) in order that they can be included in the Communities First Programme

   

16.

Any Other Business which by reason of special circumstances the Chairman is of the opinion should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency.

   

17.

To consider the exclusion of the public from the meeting under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 because of the likelihood that there will be disclosure to them of exempt information of the description specified in Schedule 12A of the said Act.
