5.	Capital Programme 2007/08 - 2011/12
	To inform Cabinet of the likely availability of capital resources for the next 5 years to show the effect of changes made to the Capital Programme 2006/07 and to set out the process by which future allocations of capital funding will be made.

6.	Treasury Policy Statement 2007/08 and Prudential Indicators 2007/08 to 2009/10
	To inform Cabinet of the principles to be followed in the Treasury Policy Statement for 2007/08 and to set the Prudential Indicators for 2007/08 to 2009/10.

7.	Beach Management in Bridgend County Borough
	To update Members on progress made regarding the extension of Rest Bay Beach Management Procedures to the remainder of the coastal area of Bridgend County.

	a.	The Responses of the Corporate Management Board to the Cabinet report of the Corporate Services Overview & Scrutiny Committee of 30 January 2007 (Added 5 February 2007)
		The purpose of this report is to provide Cabinet with the responses of the Corporate Management Board (CMB) to the recommendations of the Corporate Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee (CSOSC) on the draft budget proposals 2007/08 – 2009/2010 as detailed in their report to Cabinet of 30 January 2007

	b.	Budget Proposal – Charging for Instrumental Lessons (Added 5 February 2007)
		The purpose of this report is to present a petition relating to the above budget proposal to Cabinet.
