Staff at the Grand Pavilion Theatre, Porthcawl are already busily preparing for the 2009/2010 pantomime.
Last year’s show was the hugely successful Aladdin which saw thousands come through the theatre’s doors.
Following on from the success of Aladdin this year’s run will be the classic fairytale of Beauty and the Beast.
The story of the prince who is turned into a beast by a mystical enchantress and who needs to fall in love to break the spell, is sure to be a real treat for the whole family come Christmas time.
Steve Boden, producer of the show from WISH Theatre, said: “Beauty and the Beast is a classic story full of enchanting characters and will be a great panto to come to Porthcawl later this year.
“There will be plenty of surprises and something for everyone so make sure you make a date in the diary to come along to what promises to be an even better show than last year!”
Tickets are now on sale for Beauty and the Beast, for more information contact the box office on 01656 815995.
