Before using the Hydro Gym you will have to book an induction and complete a fitness questionnaire (P.A.R.Q.). Sessions are 1 hour in duration and must be booked with Reception. Cancellation procedures are as standard with policy.
The water resistance both supports you and increases resistance as you increase the workload that you are comfortable with.

Provides a stable platform for controlled knee lifts, straightening legs lifts and alternating scissor movements.

Hydro Twister
|
Facilitates low intensity exercise while working and toning three muscle groups. Suitable for all user groups because of its simplicity of use.

Hydro Strider
|
Full range of motion in the vertical plane, working the legs and the lower back. Long strides suit beginners and resistance increases as the stride is shortened and speed increased.

Hydro Stepper
|
The load is varied by alternating the position of the feet. Stand on the pedals and hold on the bars. Step up and down at a comfortable pace.

Hydro Pulldown
|
Kneeling, facing the equipment on the support pad and hold on the bars on either side. Push down using the arms.

|
Work the upper and lower body in equal amounts. Movements on the climber are small ensuring continuous muscle contractions.

Hydro Cycle
|
Sit on the bike with legs slightly bent at the knees. Hold onto the seat and sit upright. Cycle at a comfortable pace.

|
Provides a whole body exercise. Increase resistance by rolling the cord onto the hand bar.
