Our No Limits fitness suites feature state-of-the-art machines including the Technogym and Wellness System in Bridgend Recreation Centre, Maesteg Sports Centre and Ynysawdre Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre.
Used by over two million people worldwide, the system is recognised as a worldwide leader in fitness equipment. Operated using an individual key at the one off payment of £10, programmes are updated by trainers, keeping users regularly in touch with their personal instructor.
