Tai Chi is a slow motion exercise from China. The movements gently build your strength and flexibility and at the same time, help you relax. Tai Chi relieves stress, improves balance and builds immune function. Tai Chi is practised in a calm, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Suitable for all ages and abilities – no experience needed.
