Business property & employment land database

As part of its services to business, Bridgend County Borough Council’s Economic Development Unit provides and maintains a comprehensive online property portfolio. This is a free service provided by the unit.

The details contained on this website are produced with information supplied with the kind co-operation of property owners and commercial agents.

Most of the sites on the database are designed for industrial and commercial use in B1, B2 and B8. Prospective purchasers or tenants are advised to contact Bridgend County Borough Council’s Planning Department for further information.

Registration
To be able to access the database and run your own searches all we ask is that you provide us with some information about yourself by completing the online registration form in the link to the property database. All information given is confidential and will only be used to forward information to you and to analyse supply and demand. It will not be passed onto any other organisations.
