Tips on completing your table plan

There are several possible table arrangements you could have for your wedding breakfast (depending on your numbers). Three such table arrangements are:

Traditional round tables and top table;
U-shape (numbers dependent);
Banqueting rectangle (numbers dependent).

The table plan on the next page shows the typical wedding breakfast layout set up for 70 guests (our maximum). Regardless of your table arrangement choice, to aid you with the development of your table plan and to assist us in setting up your wedding breakfast tables, we can suggest the following tips:

Use the boxes provided to write the names of your guests in relation to the top table.

For guests that have chosen vegetarian options, place a (V) next to the guest’s name.

For children that are having child’s meals, place a (C) next to the child’s name.

If there are any baby high chairs, place (HC) where required on the table plan.

If any items need to be placed next to a particular table setting, please indicate this on the table plan.

If favours differ for any of the guests, please include this on the table plan.

For guests with unisex names, place male or female next to the name.

For guests with special dietary requirements e.g. gluten free, dairy free, nut allergies, onion allergies etc. please indicate these guests with an (*) and fill out the following table.
