Room hire

We make no charge for the room hire for your wedding breakfast. In order that you may have the wedding breakfast you desire, we have designed our function menu with items individually priced. By selecting the starter, main course and dessert that you wish us to serve; you choose both the content and cost of the menu. Half portions can be provided for children at half of the adult price. Please note that you must choose only one option for each course (i.e. one starter, one main course and one dessert). If your guests have any special dietary requirements please advise us and we will be happy to cater specifically for them

The Traherne Suite will accommodate 70 for a wedding ceremony or 50 for the wedding breakfast itself. Our fully lined marquee is able to seat 70 guests (including children & highchair allocation) and is available from March to October inclusive. Combining the Traherne Suite and adjoining marquee allows for an evening reception of up to 120 guests.

Please note that the chairs shown in these photos were hired privately by the bride and groom.

Table decorations

We would recommend that you supply your own floral table arrangements to match your wedding bouquets. Alternatively small bud vases with flowers of an appropriate colour can be provided. (Please note that bud vases can look quite small on a large table). All tables are clothed in ivory linen, with your choice of ivory or dark green overlays and napkins. If you require a different colour, these may be ordered from our supplier, if available, at a supplementary charge.
