Education for Sustainable Development in the UK in 2010

The report ‘Education for Sustainable Development in the UK in 2010’, was produced by the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Co-ordinating Group, a sub-group of the Education Committee which is part of the UK National Commission for UNESCO (UKNC).

This document reports on ESD in the UK at the end of April 2010. It is an updating of the report: ESD in the UK in 2008: A Survey of Action, and both itemises recent ESD activity across the UK’s four jurisdictions and offers an initial analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the current ESD provision.
